Belle Pente Wine Cellars was established in 1996 and is located on the Belle Pente Vineyard property. The 3-level, gravity flow winery produces approximately 5000 cases per year, 2/3 of which is Pinot Noir, and 2/3 estate grown.

Viticultural philosophies and practices:
Winemaking is gentle and as natural as possible, with minimal use of commercial yeasts & other additives. Elevage is 18 months for the top bottlings of Pinot Noir, in ~35% new barrels. Top wines are released 2 to 2 1/2 years from vintage.
