Wine flavor profile:
Wines from the Mineral Springs Vineyard feature notes of blackberry, black cherries, white pepper, floral notes that recall freesias and roses, and a distinctively exotic, Asian-spice personality. The wines tend to be sappy and fruit-driven, with lovely acid balance.
Viticultural philosophies and practices:
No insecticides or persistent herbicides are ever employed at Mineral Springs, thus protecting the natural flora and fauna in the vineyard, not to mention nearby watersheds.

Whether it’s in the ecosystem of our vineyards, the health and well-being of our workers, or the working farm here at Mineral Springs, we aim to be symbiotic stewards of the land for generations to come. Mineral Springs has been certified L.I.V.E. since 2005.
